Please arrive at the clinic promptly at the time of your scheduled drop-off. Patient intake will take about 10-15 minutes. After that, you can step away from the clinic and entrust your pet in our care. 

The actual start time of the procedure may vary based on a few variables, so our team will communicate key updates and real-time progress via the in-app chat throughout the day. We will then coordinate a pick-up time with you individually, and discuss any discharge instructions.
