What can I reach out to virtual care for?

We hope to be your first resource for any and all medical questions. Our virtual care team is here to help with general advice and behavior-related questions, or to provide clarity on the urgency of a health concern, 24 hours a day.

 

In California, the Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) must be in place to enable diagnosis and provide prescriptions over virtual care. That means your pet must have at least one in-person visit with us over the past 12 months and remain an active member at Modern Animal. Virtual diagnosis will be advised only when medically appropriate.
