We understand that plans change. When that happens, we just ask that you our teams enough advance notice so that we may spend that time with another Modern Animal.

 

For procedures

Please cancel or reschedule more than 7 days in advance. We require a $250 deposit to complete the scheduling for a procedure. This deposit is refundable if the appointment is cancelled more than 7 days in advance. If cancelled within 7 days of the procedure start time or if you don't show up at all, the deposit will not be refunded. 

 

For all other appointments

Please cancel or reschedule more than 12 hours in advance. If a cancellation takes place within 12 hours of start time or if you don't show up at all, you may be subject to a $50 charge. If you arrive at your appointment too late and are asked to reschedule, please know that this policy does not apply and you will not be charged the $50 fee.

 

Our cancellation policy is a preventative measure rather than a penalty because the demand for our appointments is very high, and both late cancellations and no-shows make it very unlikely that our team can see another patient in need of our care.

 

If a pattern of no-shows is observed (3 or more no shows), your membership is subject to cancellation and you may be unable to access the app.
