Yes. You always have the option to select a doctor when you schedule an appointment. But at times, you might speak to a different doctor over virtual care or see one of our urgent care doctors when your pet is experiencing a time-sensitive health concern. Please know, in these cases, your pet’s medical records will be shared internally (in the most secure way possible) and reviewed collectively.
