Your All Access membership* will automatically renew annually and is charged on an annual billing cycle. We will send you a heads-up via email in advance, so you will know when renewal is approaching. You can always find the date of renewal by tapping the pet profile under Household in the Modern Animal app.

If you're a Pay As You Go* member, your membership will never expire so there's no need to renew annually. 

*As of June 2023, our $199/year membership plan has been renamed All Access.
