How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your pet's All Access membership,* please email us at [email protected] at least 10 days prior to your membership renewal date and we'll take care of it.

 

You can find your membership renewal date in your Modern Animal app. Go to Account > Animals and select your pet to see their renewal date. 

 

*As of June 2023, our $199/year membership plan has been renamed All Access.
