How do I cancel my membership?

You can now cancel your pet's All Access membership* directly via the Modern Animal app by downgrading to our new Pay As You Go plan. Pay As You Go has no membership fee and allows you to still visit any Modern Animal location and access the Modern Animal app. 


To cancel your pet's All Access membership and future renewal payments, go to Account > Settings > Membership Plan in your app and tap Switch to Pay As You Go. Your pet's All Access benefits will continue until your renewal date. You will no longer be charged your annual membership fee once you switch.
