How do I get refills on my pet's medication? Can I order online from other pharmacies?
You can easily request a refill directly in the Modern Animal app.
- Find Prescriptions under Health Record
- Select an item for refill
- Choose to pick up at the clinic or mail it to your address with free shipping
- Once your submit a refill request, please allow 24-48 hours for our Care team to get in touch and confirm your order
If you wish to get your prescription refilled from another pharmacy, we'd be happy to help coordinate. Processing times may vary depending on your pharmacy.
