To cancel or modify your upcoming appointment, tap Appointments under Health Record directly in the Modern Animal app. 
 

We understand that plans change. When that happens, we just ask that you our teams enough advance notice so that we may spend that time with another Modern Animal. For procedures, please cancel or reschedule more than 7 days in advance. For all other appointments, please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance.
