Can I have a family member or a friend drop off my pet for the appointment?
Technically, yes. We allow shared household members, who are authorized on your account to drop off your pet. FYI: All authorized members will be able to see all chats and medical history, approve estimates, and make medical decisions for your Modern Animal on your behalf.
To add a member, you can go to Household in the Modern Animal app and tap Add Humans
