All Access membership* is our most popular membership plan. With All Access, you'll no longer need to pay for your pet's physical examinations or virtual doctor visits. You are still responsible for the cost of the services and care rendered at each visit, although you'll enjoy an automatic 10% discount of your invoice as a part of your All Access benefits.

Modern Animal clinics are not emergency hospitals. As a general practice clinic, we will work to accommodate every urgent issue you come across, but we cannot always guarantee immediate in-clinic availability and may refer true emergencies out to one of our ER partners.

That said, our members get 24/7 access to our virtual team, so you can always be in touch with a veterinary professional. If you’re concerned for your pet or have seen a change in behavior, please send a chat to our virtual team via the app, and they will help you find the right solution.
